The oil quality sensor can complete the detection of dynamic viscosity, density, oil quality, water content, temperature, saturation, and moisture content at one time. At the same time, it can be equipped with internal model data: real-time kinematic viscosity, 40℃ kinematic viscosity, 100℃ kinematic viscosity, viscosity index, conductivity and other detection indicators, truly realizing a multi-functional, small-volume, and large-integrated comprehensive application multi-functional online monitoring oil sensor. The sensor adopts a G1/2 threaded interface, which is suitable for integrated installation in industrial sites. One sensor completes the monitoring of 7 indicators, including viscosity of 1200cp and water content range of 0-100%. The sensor has achieved high integration, small volume, and high precision.
